Doha Forum – Youth Edition Set to Kick Off on November 17th with Participation of 75 Countries

Doha, October 21 – The upcoming “Doha Forum – Youth Edition” is all set to commence in Doha on November 17th, in collaboration with the Qatar Debates Center, and will span three days at the Education City and the National Museum of Qatar.

The forum is expected to host 100 young individuals, trainers, and influencers representing 75 countries, along with 25 participants from Qatar.

Themed “Building a Shared Future,” the Doha Forum provides a platform for hearing the voices of youth in discussions on global issues spanning essential fields, including international relations, defense, politics, economics, development, cybersecurity, data privacy, artificial intelligence, and sustainability.

The Doha Forum – Youth Edition serves as a global platform for dialogue founded on the principles of progress and development in societies. It opens doors to those aged between 18 and 33 to engage in discussions on contemporary and public issues. Key questions will be raised in sessions, prompting engaging debates between speakers and attendees.

The forum aims to train youth in negotiation skills, foster innovative negotiating techniques, and present fresh, positive solutions while enabling confident expression that influences and supports different viewpoints.

Within the forum’s sessions, which will include influential political and social figures from diverse backgrounds and fields, in addition to members of the Qatar Debates Center, there will be roundtable discussions designed to enhance interactive dialogue among all participants and extract significant outcomes directed towards decision-makers in the main event, the “Doha Forum for Youth.”

Participants in the Doha Forum – Youth Edition will engage in various activities aimed at skill development and knowledge enrichment, including informative tours and visits to some of Qatar’s heritage sites.

The Doha Forum – Youth Edition is regarded as one of the purposeful events organized by the Qatar Debates Center. It places a strong emphasis on the importance of dialogue in addressing contemporary issues and common challenges through dialogic sessions and discussion panels.
