Agecotel Bakery : French Traditional Baguette Championship Crowns Winners in Nice: Closing the Agecotel exhibition yesterday, the Federation of Master Bakers and Pastry Chefs of the Alpes-Maritimes (06), led by President Mr. Gilles Dutto, orchestrated a highly anticipated event: the competition for the best traditional French baguette in the region.
The number of participants once again reached impressive heights, with a total of 30 candidates vying for the sought-after title. This robust participation underscores the continually growing enthusiasm for this event.
The quality of the presented products heightened the level of competition, delighting the palates of spectators who have come to expect excellence at this essential gathering.
An outstanding jury presided over the deliberations, featuring Mr. Thomas Subrin, Best Craftsman of France in bakery, accompanied by Mr. Philippe Philmar, instructor at the CFA de Carros, and Mr. Philippe Courtois.
The deserving winners of this competition are:
- Maxime Michineau from Le Patio in Roquebrune Cap Martin
- Armin Adjari from L’Atelier Bio du Pain in Saint-André-la-Roche
- Mathieu Dupuy from Chez Ma’mie in Tourrettes-sur-Loup
