The fifth edition of the Festival des Etoilés Monte-Carlo dazzled guests on November 29 with a gala evening under the iconic dome of the Salle des Etoiles at Sporting Monte-Carlo. The event celebrated five years of culinary excellence, attended by H.S.H. Prince Albert II, Louis and Pauline Ducruet, Camille Gottlieb, and over 250 privileged guests.
This year’s festival brought together all Michelin-starred chefs of the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer group, including Alain Ducasse, Emmanuel Pilon, Yannick Alléno, Marcel Ravin, Domenico d’Antonio, Dominique Lory, and newcomer Cédric Grolet, creating a night of both gastronomic brilliance and social elegance.
A Glamorous Gala Under the Stars
Guests were welcomed by hostesses in traditional costumes designed by Vittorio Piccininni, while Balleto Dance performed an opening routine. The atmosphere blended haute cuisine with live entertainment, including the International School of Monaco children’s choir, dancer Desislava Kancheva, and the dance duo Marc Emmanuel Zanoli & Claire Teyssière.



The seven-course dinner showcased the very best of Monaco’s Michelin-starred talent:
- Coconut blanc-manger and tapioca by Blue Bay Marcel Ravin
- White truffle scallops royale by L’Abysse Monte-Carlo
- Mediterranean big-eye fish by Elsa
- Lobster butter chicken at Pavyllon Monte-Carlo
- XXL Saint-Honoré by Cédric Grolet
- Signature chocolates by Marcel Ravin, Yannick Alléno, and Alain Ducasse
Chefs finalized their dishes live on stage, creating a dynamic, immersive culinary performance. The event concluded with lively dancing to Divas on the Floor, ensuring a night full of celebration and conviviality.
