Interior Minister Meets with the New British Ambassador
Today, General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Interior Minister, had the honor of receiving the recently appointed British Ambassador, Alastair Long.
During their meeting, the minister extended a warm welcome to the ambassador, commending the strong and valuable bonds of partnership between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, with a particular emphasis on their collaboration in the fields of law enforcement and criminal justice.
General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa underscored the importance of further enhancing cooperation through the exchange of expertise and the development of capabilities.
The Interior Minister also praised the effective security coordination that exists between the two nations and conveyed his best wishes to Ambassador Long for a successful tenure in fulfilling his diplomatic responsibilities.
