Monaco welcomed a touch of sparkle on November 13, 2025, as Princess Charlene visited the Joya Jewelry Fair, now in its second consecutive year. Held at the luxurious One Monte-Carlo, the event offered a curated journey through the art of jewelry, combining historical treasures with contemporary innovation.
Accompanied by the fair’s founders, Delphine Pastor-Reiss and Vanessa Margowski, the princess wandered through the exhibition halls with visible delight. Clad in an elegant black-and-white trouser suit, she spent nearly two hours exploring each space, pausing thoughtfully to admire the craftsmanship and converse with the designers.
The fair featured 15 carefully chosen exhibitors, presenting an eclectic mix of styles and periods. Princess Charlene took a keen interest in the works of Elie Top, Eliane Fattal, Griegst, and Alix Dumas, asking questions and engaging with each designer about their inspiration and techniques. “The princess was genuinely curious and enthusiastic,” said Delphine Pastor-Reiss. “Her appreciation for our exhibitors’ work was heartfelt and inspiring.”
Under the High Patronage of Prince Albert, Joya has established itself as a celebration of both heritage and modern creativity. Visitors are treated to an extraordinary selection of jewelry—from ancient archaeological pieces to vintage classics and innovative contemporary designs. The fair’s combination of international galleries and emerging artists creates a unique cultural dialogue that continues to grow each year.
Though still young in Monaco’s calendar of events, Joya is carving out a reputation as a must-visit for collectors, connoisseurs, and lovers of fine craftsmanship. Princess Charlene’s visit not only highlighted the event’s elegance but also underscored the principality’s ongoing commitment to fostering the arts.
Delphine Pastor-Reiss reflected on the princess’s presence: “We were deeply honored by her visit. Her genuine interest in each piece, her enthusiasm for the fair, and her engagement with the exhibitors made the day unforgettable for everyone involved.”
The Joya Jewelry Fair will continue until November 16, 2025, offering the public an enchanting glimpse into the world of extraordinary jewelry and the artistry that brings each creation to life. For Monaco, it is more than an exhibition—it is a celebration of beauty, innovation, and cultural excellence.
